CineFlicc is a subscription-based video streaming and content distribution platform providing access to independent films, series, documentaries, and related media through its website, mobile applications, and supported TV platforms.
The Services include all features, functionality, user interfaces, audiovisual content, written materials, software, and other content made available by CineFlicc.
CineFlicc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

Users who create accounts, subscribe, upload content, or participate as creators must be at least 18 years old.

CineFlicc is a creator-first community. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Unauthorized promotions, spam, or irrelevant third-party links are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify CineFlicc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CineFlicc is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
CineFlicc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content through the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, or exploit any content without authorization.
Content on CineFlicc is made available through subscription plans, free trials, or promotional access as determined by the Company.
Access is subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with the terms of your selected plan. Streaming quality may vary based on device, network, and location.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CineFlicc to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges
Receipts are sent to your registered email address
CineFlicc welcomes feedback but does not accept confidential or proprietary ideas.
Any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or submissions become the property of CineFlicc and may be used without compensation.
All CineFlicc trademarks, branding, software, and platform design are owned by CineFlicc LLC or its licensors.
All content on the Services is owned by CineFlicc or the respective content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Social sharing features are optional and used at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with all third-party platform terms.
CineFlicc grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use its applications solely for accessing the Services.
You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or misuse the software.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineFlicc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
CineFlicc’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CineFlicc LLC and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

Your conduct or content
Your violation of these Terms
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account, transactions, and platform updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CineFlicc LLC.
